Marc Gay

Marc began his employment with Live West Realty in 2006. Having grown up in Boulder, he has a long familiarity with Boulder and the surrounding areas. This local knowledge has been solidified by working for over 30 years in construction, remodeling and contracting of residential homes. In addition to consistently providing quality products, Marc has a keen understanding of the value of positive professional relationships with his customers. This is evident by the large number of return customers, indicating satisfied customers and business completed with honesty and integrity.

Marc started building homes in 1985. His experience ranges from 7000 square foot custom homes two quaint mountain cabins. His skills include all phases of the building process, from foundation to interior finishes. One very unusual project he built was a stargazing observatory with an easily removable, sliding roof. The experience gained from these projects allows him to easily assess a homes quality, integrity and potential for a comfortable living space.

Having grown up in a large, active family in the foothills of Boulder, Marc fell in love with the Boulder area and the mountains of Colorado. While attending Boulder high school he was introduced to rock climbing and became an avid climber, which keeps him active in his free time. In 1992 he earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Metropolitan State University. He currently lives in Louisville with his awesome son.
